The Annual Two Rivers Bluegrass Festival, Heritage & Forestry Expo is once again scheduled for April 5-9, 2011 at the Greene County Rural Events Center, Leakesville, MS.  The Greene County Board of Supervisors has contracted the award winning festival promoter, Bertie Sullivan, to continue programming and producing this event as she has done for the past sixteen years.  Since our economic climate for the Pine Belt area as well as our state and nation has not been as positive as we would like, our Vendor Space rates have remained the same for this year.  As a community minded business and wishing to attract tourists to this area and this event, we invite you to become a vendor at this event.  We are and have been promoting this event on the local level as well as regionally, statewide and even nationally at like events and at trade shows in Nashville , TN.   Vendor Space fees are listed below:

 

____ One (1) 10’ x 10’ space without electricity…..$50.00  With Electricity….$100.00

____ Two (2) 10’ x 10” spaces without electricity….$75.00 With electricity…. $125.00

____ Three (3) 10’ x 10” spaces without electricity…$125.00  With electricity…$175.00

____ Four (4) 10’ x 10’ spaces without electricity….$175.00  With electricity…$225.00

____ Food vendors, call for pricing and information.

 All vendors, except food and beverage vendors, are inside and do not require a tent.  7% Mississippi Sales Tax will be collected on sales; should you have a tax permit, please return a copy with this vendor application.  Vendors are to be set up by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 5^th and remain until supper break or close of festival on Saturday.  No refunds will be given for vendor space.
